Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. This campaign is from 25 Apr - 27 May 2022 only, unless otherwise stated.

2. All redemptions can be made at The Clementi Mall, Information Counter on Level 5 (infront of Clementi Library).

3. Receipts presented must be from stores in The Clementi Mall, FairPrice Finest excluded. Receipts generated from online purchases or collection chits are not eligible.

4. Shopper must be present in person and provide a valid contact number, email address and the same-day qualifying receipts (in Singapore dollars), corresponding credit/debit card slips/NETS.

5. Each shopper may only redeem one (1) set of $10 Gift Voucher per day.

6. Gift Vouchers is limited to the first 2,000 redemptions on a first-come, first served, while-stocks-last basis.

7. Promotion is not valid with ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or other privileges.

8. Redemption has to be made on the same day of spend.

9. Original receipts from The Clementi Mall’s with a time stamp of 2pm to 5pm on the same day will be accepted for redemption.

10. Gift vouchers redeemed are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-exchangeable for cash, promotional, discount and mall vouchers.

11. The Management reserves the right to request for shoppers to present their purchased items as proof of purchase to make redemption.

12. For transactions value that involves redemption of tenant’s reward points, rebates and etc, only the amount after deduction of such points and/or rebates will be regard as the final transaction value for redemption.

13. The Clementi Mall tenants are not eligible for redemption when using their store’s receipts.

14. Receipts for bill payments, purchase deposits, purchase of postage stamps, parking coupons, mobile pre-paid cards, Cash Cards and vouchers, receipts for product trade-in with zero top-up value, duplicate store receipts, credit/debit card slips, receipt(s) from purchase of mall/store vouchers, postage stamps, parking coupons, phone cards and pop-up sales stores, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, money changer, bill payment(s) via automated machine or any outlet, topping of cash card/debit card/prepaid store value cards, paid with tenants’ reward points and/or rebates, cash vouchers purchased from external organisations and handwritten receipts do not qualify.

15. Duplicate receipts and credit card charge slips are not eligible for redemption.

16. For any spend or purchase(s) made on installment plan, only one redemption is allowed on the same-day based on the total purchase amount.

17. The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any times.

18. By participating in this promotion, participants’ consent to The Management, as well as the tenants & business associates/partners of the Organiser using and/or processing any information or personal data as provided by participants in this form for the purposes of sending participants any advertisements, infomaterial or messages (via mail, email and sms) relating to the Management’s products, services and events (“marketing messages”).
