TERMS & CONDITIONS (Gift voucher and SPH Malls Voucher redemption):

1. This campaign is from 24 September - 24 October 2021 only, unless otherwise stated.

2. All redemptions can be made at The Clementi Mall, Information Counter on Level 5.

3. Shopper must be present in person and provide a valid contact number, email address and the same-day qualifying receipts (in Singapore dollars), corresponding credit/debit card slips/NETS.

4. Each shopper may only redeem one (1) $5 gift voucher per day from 24 September to 24 October 2021, limited to the first 3,000 shoppers based on a first-come, first served, while-stocks-last basis. 

5. Each shopper may only redeem one (1) $10 SPH Malls Voucher per day from 8 to 10 October 2021, limited to the first 150 shoppers per day based on a first-come, first served, while-stocks-last basis.

6. Promotion is not valid with ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or other privileges.

7. Redemption has to be made on the same day of spend.

8. Original receipts from The Clementi Mall’s with a time stamp of 9.30pm or later can be presented the following day and will be accepted for redemption. However, this will be not be applicable for receipts presented on 24 October 2021 with a time stamp of 10pm or later.

9. Gift voucher redeemed are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, promotional, discount and mall vouchers.

9. The Management reserves the right to request for shoppers to present their purchased items as proof of purchase to make redemption.

10. For transaction value that involves redemption of tenant’s reward points, rebates, other forms of cash vouchers and etc, only the amount after deduction of such points and/or rebates will be regard as the final transaction value for redemption.

11. The Clementi Mall tenants are not eligible for redemption when using their store’s receipts.

12. Receipts for bill payments, purchase deposits, purchase of postage stamps, parking coupons, mobile pre-paid cards, Cash Cards and vouchers, receipts for product trade-in with zero top-up value, duplicate store receipts, credit/debit card slips, receipt(s) from purchase of mall/store vouchers, postage stamps, parking coupons, phone cards and pop-up sales stores, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, money changer, bill payment(s) via automated machine or any outlet, topping of cash card/debit card/prepaid store value cards, paid with tenants’ reward points and/or rebates, cash vouchers purchased from external organisations and handwritten receipts do not qualify.

13. Duplicate & handwritten receipts are not eligible for redemption. Credit card charge slips can only be accepted if it is accompanied with a printed receipt issued by the tenant of The Clementi Mall.

14. For any spend or purchase(s) made on instalment plan, only one redemption is allowed on the same-day based on the total purchase amount.

15. The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time

By participating in this promotion, participants consent to The Management, as well as the tenants & business associates partners of the Organiser using and/or processing any information or personal data as provided by participants in this form for the purpose of sending participants any advertisements, infomaterial or message (via mail, email and sms) relating to the Management's products, services and events ("marketing messages").
