There is currently no membership fees for the S³ Rewards Programme.
To sign up for S³ membership, please download the “S³ Rewards” mobile app from the Apple App Store (for iPhone users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). Register as a member with a unique and valid mobile number, email address and an alpha-numeric password of your choice. Complete a one-time verification of your mobile number and registration is complete! You can now start earning points with us.
Your membership account will be identified using your mobile number. Your registered mobile number is unique to each member and sharing of mobile number is not allowed. Your email address will be used in the event you need to reset your account password.
You will need to be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the S³ membership.
There is currently no expiry date for S³ memberships. However, membership is still subject to termination or suspension should there be any suspicious or fraudulent activities found in account.
The participating malls are The Clementi Mall and The Seletar Mall.
Yes, you can enjoy birthday month privileges at selected stores. Birthday month privileges are subject to availability and may vary from month to month. Please refer to the S³ Mobile App for the list of birthday privileges.
No, your membership and points are non-transferable.
You will need to first sign up as a member to start earning points.
$1 spend = 1 point ($5 spend at participating supermarkets and enrichment centres)
To qualify for points, each receipt has to have a minimum of $20 nett spend at participating stores.
Upon purchase, present your membership QR code for the store staff to scan. Locate your unique member QR code from the in-app home page.
Each member can earn up to a maximum of 1,000 points per day.
No, there are no limits to the number of receipts you can submit in a single day, but the maximum points issued per member per day will be capped at 1,000 points. Eligible receipts must have a min. net spend of $20.

Purchases from the following stores will not be eligible for points earning:
● Clinics / Medical institutions
● Banks/ ATMs
● Money changers
● Atrium vendors who are not mall tenants
● Selected stores for the programme that subsequently do not participate in the programme.
You can use your S³ mobile app to check on the status of the points. You can find this information under “My Account > Transaction History” on the mobile app.
Points earned have a rolling 12 months expiry period. You will be able to check the validity of your points using the S³ mobile app.
For example, if points are issued in November 2021 they will expire 12 months later, on 31 October 2022.
Points are credited instantly, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 working days from the date of submission to be credited into your account.
No, you are not allowed to have someone else redeem the points on your behalf. S³ membership is non-transferrable. Friends and family members who are keen to enjoy the same benefits can download the mobile app and sign up as members.
Please proceed to the Information Counter to have the points credited to your account within seven (7) days, including the day of purchase. You will need to present the original receipts and quote your registered mobile number for verification. Receipts more than seven (7) days will not be accepted.

You can redeem your points for Malls eVouchers, participating store dining and shopping eVouchers and carpark credits.
The point conversion for Malls eVouchers and carpark credits are as follows:

When you have earned sufficient points, you can redeem the eVouchers and carpark rebates through the mobile app.
Simply inform the participating store that you wish to use your redeemed eVoucher before making payment and present your membership QR code to the store staff. Note that eVouchers that have been used to offset a transaction cannot be refunded nor reversed once submitted.
Click on the “My Account” icon on the bottom right of the mobile app. Next, click on “My Rewards” and select the reward to use at the store. Tap on “Use this eVoucher” at the bottom of the page and present the QR code to the store staff.
Malls eVouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of redemption, unless stated otherwise. You can find the validity of your eVouchers under “My Rewards” on the mobile app.

All eVouchers used at participating stores cannot be refunded.
You can find this information under the “Redeemed” and “Expired” tab in “My Rewards” by clicking on the “Profile” icon at the bottom right of the mobile app.
Please convert your points to Carpark Rewards Dollar at least 15 minutes before exiting the mall. Please also allow for 15 minutes before switching of active IUs.
The Carpark Rewards Dollar redeemed has a rolling twelve (12) months expiry period. You will be able to check expiring Carpark Rewards Dollar under “Carpark Rewards”.
Upon exit, points redeemed as Carpark Rewards Dollar will be deducted if there is a balance in your Carpark$ e-wallet. Any outstanding parking charges will then be deducted from your cashcard.
Each member is allowed to enter up to three (3) different vehicle IU numbers, but only one active IU number may be activated at any point of time. Kindly note to switch your IU 15 minutess before exiting the mall.
The conversion of Carpark Rewards Dollar cannot be reversed. Carpark Rewards Dollars are strictly non-refundable, transferable nor exchangeable for cash and/or any items.
The conversion of S³ points to Rewards can only be one on your mobile app.
You can refresh the mobile app by updating it to the latest version through Google Play or the Apple App Store depending on the phone you use.

You should register the mobile number that is on the phone you are using to download the application as a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile device as part of the verification process.
You will need the S³ Rewards mobile app as part of the process to earn points. You will also be able to see the points you have accumulated, when the points are expiring, as well as other privileges and rewards you are entitled to as an S³ Rewards member.
All your existing information and points earned will remain the same.
The S³ Rewards mobile app is an application that can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play on your iOS and Android mobile devices. You will need this app to perform actions relating to the membership programme, such as scanning the QR code to earn points, checking when your points expire, and redeeming your points and store privileges.
Our mobile website does not require installation and can be viewed on mobile browsers (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer) on your smartphone or tablets. The mobile website allows you to have access to our services, store directory, latest happenings and promotions in the mall.
Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
• Check your connectivity to the internet and ensure that there is a good signal. You can try to log in again when the signal is strong.
• Check if you have keyed in the correct password. If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, tap on “Forgot Password” on the login screen. This will take you through an authentication process before letting you choose a new password. To do this, you will need your registered mobile number with you.

- Click on 'Forgot Password' on landing page
- SMS with the reset password link will be sent to you
- Click on link to reset password
For International Mobile Numbers:
- Click on 'Forgot Password' on landing page
- Enter a mobile number with international country code

You can reset it by tapping on “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. This will take you through an authentication process before letting you choose a new password. To do this, you will need your registered mobile number and/or email address, depending on which country code your registered mobile is from.
Simply search for "S³ Rewards” on App Store or Google Play. If you are unable to find the app, it is likely possible that your device’s OS version is not supported.
For iOS, please ensure that your operating system is version 10.0 and above. For Android, your operating system will need to be version 5.0 and above.
If you did not receive your OTP within 2 minutes, select “Resend OTP” to request a new OTP. Note that there may be a lag time in receiving OTP via SMS if your mobile connection is weak. Please check that you have the correct country code selected before requesting for an OTP and avoid submitting multiple “Resend OTP” as it may result in your account getting locked.

You can find the QR code button in the S³ Rewards mobile app. It is a “mobile phone” icon located at the center bottom of the screen.
If you are experiencing slow loading, please check that you are connected to the internet and that you have a good connection strength. You can try to login in again when the signal is strong.
Please go to the side menu by tapping the menu icon at the top left of the home screen. You should see a list of features offered by the app. On that list, tap on “Stores”. You will be able to search for a restaurant or store by selecting the mall and category you wish to see.
The information you see in the S³ Rewards mobile app is happening in real-time, so it is always current. However, if the mobile app is kept open for an extended amount of time, you should refresh by dragging your screen down once to retrieve the latest information.
The S³ Rewards mobile app is supported on the following platforms:
- iPhone and iPod touch with version 10.0 and above
- Android devices with version 5.0 and above
Yes, all critical information is encrypted, and no personal information is stored on your mobile device.
However, please note that mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.
Yes. If you wish to download the S³ Rewards mobile app while you are overseas, you can do so when you are connected to App Store or Google Play. Please ensure that you have a good internet connection.
Please go to the side menu by tapping the menu at the top right of the home screen. You should see an option “Log out” at the bottom of the menu. You will not be able to earn points or redeem for rewards after logging out of your account but you will still be able to browse our rewards catalogue, events, and promotions by clicking on “Browse as Guest” on the sign-in page.
